At this year's exhibition, SHM INTERNATIONAL will feature its flagship product: the AUTOMATIC HIGH SPEED SPOT UV COATING MACHINE. This powerful high-speed spot/full UV coating machine combines the dual functions of water-based and UV coating, meeting a wide range of coating requirements. It is suitable for glazing equipment using rubber blankets or flexible resin plates as the printing plates, and performs spot full UV coating operations with exceptional precision.

The machine excels in spot coating applications, delivering accurate and uniform overprinting without the problem of ink squeezing. This capability significantly enhances the quality and aesthetic appeal of books, periodicals, food packaging, color boxes, films, and high-end printed products, enabling either local overprinting of texts and patterns or full coating as required.

Equipped with an upper swing type paper conveying structure, the equipment operates by placing printed products above a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt via the gripper bar for curing and paper feeding. This design enables high-speed production at an impressive rate of 7,000 to 8,000 sheets per hour.
