YZFM-920 Automatic Laminating Machine (TC)
INTRODUCTION:
The machine is controlled by the OMRON PLC. One person operates easily. High automatic equipment can shorten the time of procedure and enhance efficiency. The diameter of main pressing steel roller is 380mm. This steel roller is heated by oil. So temperature can reach 85-125ºC. This machine is equipped with film separating and punching devices.
MAIN FEATURES:
Eight suction nozzles achieve high speed and high precision. Non-stop feeder has pre-pile device optional upon customer requirement.

Paper overlap adopts servo technology, so the precision is high.
The products passed the punching devices were separated easily. There are pressing roller and pulling roller to separate sheets.Separating unit adopts pneumatic device, it is automatic and live in a small area, operated easily.
The floor space is small. The machine uses vibration to make products neat.
