MAIN FEATURES:
International famous brand web guiding system, high accuracy. Single 3”/76mm unwind shaft with magnetic particle clutch. Configured with roll end stop device.
The whole die cut set is made of magnesium alloy aviation material, non-laser die cut, no need any die cut mould, fully auto registration with easy operation.
High efficient dual die cutting sets are with four blades, max high speed 20m/min, fully auto registered.
Fully servo driven by the imported famous German Rexroth motors and advanced Rexroth controlling system, keep steady and high accuracy die cut jobs.
Equipped with the world's best linear guide rail (THK) and ultra-precision ball screw, with at least 6-8 years high wear resistance.
The accurate position detection of linear motor is controlled by the famous German magnetic encoder (SICK), track the accurate die cut position during the working time.
Optional with high speed hot stamping, high speed flat-bed die cutting, rotary die cutting, varnish…etc.
The machine frame and casting structure are all made of the best ductile cast iron, which is after 3 years of aging treatment and precision machining, minimize the frame deformation.
