This equipment featuers a dual-pirpose design that accommodates both sheet-fed and roll-fed materials, and can be flexibly integrated with IR tunnel ovens or square-shaped drying machines to achieve dual-format (sheet/roll) printing within a single system. The fully automated process indludes automatic material loading, film peeling, cleaning, and CCD alignment printing. Advanced printing control is achieved through servo motor-driven screen frame lifting and squeegee movement, combined with a high-precision digital constant-pressure print head, ensuring exceptional and consistent printing pressure. Integrated material handling is equipped with unwinding and rewinding shafts for film transport.
