ZYH680 Hybrid Folding Machine
INTRODUCTION:
Designed for folding single sheets of paper used in booklets, instruction manuals, letters, and more. Consists of a paper feeding mechanism, fence fold units, mechanical folding knives, and a stack collection system.
MAIN FEATURES:
2. On-Demand Lubrication: Features a centralized oil lubrication system with pressure deficit alarms. Equipped with a timer and metering device to ensure consistent lubrication to essential points when the machine is in operation.
3. Forward & Reverse Folding: The machine comes standard with 32 open positive folds and easily switches to 32 open reverse folds.
4. Paper Conveyance: Wide polyurethane suction wheels with triple holes prevent suction marks and move the separated sheet to the feeding board, facilitating lateral alignment during transport.

6. Fault Detection & Protection: Dual-sheet detection automatically stops paper feeding, and the system automatically halts mechanical operations if a paper jam occurs in the folding fences or knives.
7. Punching & Scoring: The machine can punch and score sheets during the folding process as needed.
8. Counting Function: Provides cumulative counting with the option for batch counting based on user needs.
9. Selective Folding Function: The machine's swing-style paper guide allows quick switching between different folding fences, enabling various folding styles like parallel fold, accordion fold, and roll fold.
10. Vertical Folding: Utilizes a cam and link mechanism to control the up-and-down motion of the folding knife, guiding the sheet into the folding roller.
11. Adjustment Data Display: All adjustable parts are marked with corresponding scales to shorten adjustment time.
12. Automated Stacking: Automatically sorts and outputs the folded sheets in an organized manner. Comes standard with a general paper collector; optional flat paper collector is also available.
