We bring the LC-5060PT Dual-table screen printing machine for on-site display. The machine body is of welded channel-steel construction, with its upper surface ground flat as a whole. The printing machine's columns, crossbeam, head, and screen arm are integrally cast. The equipment adopts a servo control system and features a touch-screen human-machine interface for convenient operation, offering multiple function settings to achieve data-driven, standardized, and user-friendly operation. CNC servo motors control the ink-return printing and the carriage movement, while precision linear guides ensure fast, stable, smooth, and accurate positioning. The precision squeegee and ink-return blade pneumatic control system provides better printing accuracy. The printing pallet is hard-anodized and equipped with a pneumatic screen-locking device and a screen-off (snap-off) function. The printing stroke can be digitally input and independently adjusted. The equipment also includes an emergency stop switch, safety reset, and automatic fault-detection alarms for comprehensive safety protection.
