From October 12–16, 2026, the All IN PRINT CHINA will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The first of these is the Automatic High-Speed Spot UV Coating Machine. The left and right side lays adopt a bearing-type design for easy adjustment and precise positioning, with a left-right fine-tuning function. The front lay features an independent adjustable structure and supports fine adjustment during production, greatly facilitating spot UV registration. The main machine adopts rain-falling-type lubrication and requires no special maintenance, as the system automatically triggers an alarm and stops the machine when lubricant is insufficient. The transmission uses high-strength external helical gears, delivering low running noise and easy maintenance. The coating unit is equipped with a ceramic anilox roller and a closed-type doctor blade system, which precisely controls the coating dosage and reduces consumable splashing (a rubber roller + steel roller structure is available as an option). The machine adopts fully imported bearings and chains for stable operation and improved durability, and multiple safety protection devices are fitted to guarantee safe operation for operators.

The other machine is the JB-106C intelligent servo-controlled automatic stop-cylinder screen printing machine.

An industry-leading product protected by multiple invention patents and utility model patents, it reaches a full-size printing speed of 4,200 sheets per hour while ensuring print quality, and up to 4,500 sheets per hour for personalized products. It is an ideal choice for today's high-end paper and plastic packaging, ceramic and glass decals, textile transfer printing, membrane switches, and electronic and electrical components.

The machine abandons the traditional single power source with its transmission shaft, gearbox, chain and crank, and instead drives the four moving systems — the Feida feeder, conveying unit, roller and mesh frame — with three servo motors dedicated respectively to paper feeding and conveying, the roller, and the frame. Automatic control ensures the synchronization of the functional units, which not only eliminates a large number of mechanical transmission parts, but also greatly improves the stiffness of the printing machinery, reduces errors caused by mechanical transmission, improves printing quality and mechanical efficiency, raises the automation level of the production process, and creates a better working environment.
